En este YāNA viajamos a través de los ciclos de la luna y de la sabiduría ancestral de las medicinas chinas y ayurveda bajo la visión de KōAN TAO ZEN:
Un YāNA para desconectar bailando y conectar con nosotros a través de las distintos talleres y cursos: Prácticas de QiGong, Yin Yoga, Breathworks, vipassana cave trails, sesiones de masajes bajo la luz de la luna, charlas sobre biohacks y medicina natural (China y Ayurveda) y trucos de belleza Inside Out que nos enseñará a querernos más, a conocernos, a respetarnos.
¿Cómo funciona?
Los talleres son libres, es decir, puedes participar o no de ellos, el KoAN TAO ZEN, no juzgamos, ni obligamos, cada cual es libre de gozar y autogestionar su tiempo, sabiendo aquello que le funcionará mejor o sabiendo lo que el cuerpo le pide, solo hemos de aprender a escucharnos.
